    Terms and Conditions 

    rhipe Partners may be eligible to receive up to $1,000 AUD for every 100 customer subscriptions per deal or per customer migrated to Access4 (“Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    1. The Promotion commences on 3rd March 2022 and is valid until 30 June 2022 (“Promotion Period”).

    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing rhipe in Australia and New Zealand (“Eligible Partners”).

    3. Eligible Partners who purchase Office User, Executive User, MS Teams Basic User, MS Teams Enhanced User, MS Teams Channels (1 x MS Teams Channel is counted as one subscription for the purposes of calculating Net Subscriptions) or Webex User (“Eligible Purchase”) subject to the following.

      • Eligible Partners must sign up and opt-in using the relevant form provided by rhipe for this Promotion and Eligible Partners must register all deals in SASBOSS Partner Resource Centre (PRC) to be valid.
      • One deal registration per end customer deal must be entered into the Access4 PRC with campaign code - 2022_Displacement_campaign_rhipe_Q3
      • Displacement is defined as Customers that the Partner is currently billing for voice, using a platform or solution, other than Access4
      • Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period. Deals must be registered, and user services deployed into production (not POC) within the Promotion Period, ie. by 30 June 2022.
      • The deal registration must be accepted by the Access4 Partner Growth Manager to be eligible for the incentive.
      • The deal registration will be attributed to the owner who submits the deal registration into the PRC.
      • Partners may be required to provide documentation to support the deal being a displacement as distinct from a general customer opportunity
      • Any deal registration added that rhipe and/or Access4, in its sole discretion, deem not to be in the spirit of the promotion will be excluded from the subscription calculation.
      • rhipe and/or Access4 have the right to review all deal registrations, closed won and fully deployed business to be eligible for the reward incentives
    4. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.

    5. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD).

    6. Eligible Purchases that are entitled to an incentive will receive an incentive via a credit allocated to the Partner by August 2022 invoicing run.

    7. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.

    8. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.

    9. Partners must not:
      • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      • do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
      • breach any laws; or
      • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    10. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.

    11. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal informationto third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.

    12. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
