Terms and Conditions

rhipe Partners who sign up for eligible plans may be entitled to receive a waiver of the minimum commitment fees for the first three (3) months of the plan (“Promotion”) subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Promotion commences on 1 September 2021 and is valid until 30 October 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing rhipe Partner and a new customer of Acronis (“Eligible Partners”).
Eligible Partners must sign up and commit to a one of the following plans for a minimum 12-month period prior to the end date of the Promotion Period:

$350AUD commit per month for 12 months ($350 Plan)
$1,500AUD commit per month for 12 months ($1,500 Plan) (collectively “Eligible Purchases”).

The Eligible Purchases will include a ramp-up period for the first three (3) months (“Ramp Up Period”).
During the Ramp Up Period of an Eligible Purchase, the minimum commit per month will be waived and Partners will only be charged for actual usage, ie. If you commit to a $350 per month plan and only accrue fees to the value of $20, you will be charged the lesser amount.
Each Eligible Purchase may also receive access to discounted licencing fees as follows:

$350 Plan will have access to licence fees charged under the $1,500 Plan
$1,500 Plan will have access to licence fees charged under the $3,000 Plan

All monetary amounts unless otherwise specified refer to Australian Dollars (AUD).
rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
Each Partner must comply with terms and conditions.
Partners must not:

engage in any conduct that may jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion
do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates
breach any laws; or
behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.
rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
