Crayon’s Business Premium Attach Incentive is designed to help you unlock more value from your existing customer base, without chasing new logos or rebuilding your sales motion.

Eligibility
To qualify, partners must:
  • Already have customers on Microsoft 365 Business Premium, or be purchasing a Business Premium Copilot Bundle
  • Attach at least 5 seats of one qualifying add-on SKU 
  • Maintain seats for the full incentive period 
  • Be transacting with Crayon

Step 2: Attach Eligible Copilot or Security SKUs to existing Business Premium Seats, or purchase a Business Premium Copilot Bundle
Step 3: Receive a per seat cash rebate (see rebate table above).

Please note:
  • Eligible partners must have a minimum of 5 seats per net new NCE annual commit subscriptions per customer. 
  • Eligible partners can claim as many customers as they like, but seats per customer are capped. See rebates table.  
  • Rebate is paid in AUD and is for the first month only.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    The Promotion commences on 1st January 2026 and is valid until 26th June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

    1. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners can be a new partner to rhipe, a returning partner to rhipe, or an existing rhipe partner in Australia or New Zealand  (“Eligible Partners”).

    2. Eligible Partners who already have Microsoft 365 Business Premium Seats, and they add-on an eligible Microsoft 365 SKU, or purchase a Microsoft 365 Business Premumn Copilot Bundle (“Eligible Purchase”) may earn a once off cashback ("Incentive") subject to the following:

    a. Subscriptions must be annual commitments of Microsoft 365 Business Premium, with chosen Add-on, however can be monthly or annually billed.
    b. 5 seats minimum of any eligible SKU. The seats can be across multiple customers, but only across the 1 SKU.
    c. Partners can earn multiple cashbacks, by ordering a minimum of 5 seats of each SKU based on the above requirements. Total partner earnings are capped at $6,000 AUD.
    d. Eligible purchase excludes NFP and Academic Licenses.
    e. Eligible SKUs and Cashbacks amounts are:

    3. This Incentive is capped at 750 seats in total across the entire Promotion Period and will be paid on a first come first serve basis. Eligible Partners will be notified when this cap is reached.

    4. Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

    5. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD).

    6. Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of a credit note. All eligible participants will receive their account credit notes within 60 days from the end of the promotion period.

    7. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.

    8. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.

    9. Partners must not:
    a. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
    b. do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
    c. breach any laws; or
    d. behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.

    10. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.

    11. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crayon.com/about-us/trust-center/.

    12. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

    13. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Microsoft offer from rhipe, a Crayon company.
