    1. Citrix Cloud for optimal performance and the best TCO

    Drive down Citrix costs by moving your on-premises Citrix software to a SaaS model using Citrix Cloud. We have detailed TCO calculations that show the efficiencies of using Citrix Cloud when compared to on-premises Citrix software. What's more - you can trial it and have it up and running in under an hour requiring just two new machines in your existing environment. 

    Citrix Cloud is a control plane, meaning you do not need to move application and/or desktop servers to use Citrix Cloud, but you obtain the benefit of an evergreen and best practice deployment of the software including ADC (NetScaler). Citrix Cloud will help you to deliver the best user experience to your customers while driving down your operational costs and reducing risk outages or a sub-optimal user experience that can result in churn.

    2. Citrix NetScaler - Bandwidth Optimisation

    Did you know - you can increase or reduce your NetScaler throughput (bandwidth) to meet demand. 

    Where is also a great monitoring interface on the NetScaler management interface so you can easily see if you're appliance bandwidth, and associated cost, is matching the requirements of your customers.

    3. Standard vs Premium User Licences

    Are you using Premium Citrix Apps and Desktops Licences? There are many great features in the Premium SKU designed specifically to help create operational efficiency and that provide the best security features to help secure your customers and your business with them. Our in-house Citrix specialist, Darren Bennett, is happy to help you enable as many features as possible to maximise the efficiencies and benefits of either Premium or Standard Edition software. 

    There is also Standard Edition licences that may be more suitable to some use cases, enabling you to reduce your costs or pass on a saving to your customers. Due to the flexible Service Provider licences in the Citrix CSP program you can also move from Premium to Standard for any given amount of time, from month to month if required.

    4. Citrix Licence Usage Insights (LUI) Service

    Accurate usage reporting can help drive down your costs. With some Citrix software you're only required to report active usage of a licence, which can be hard to determine if you're not using the great free web tool from Citrix called License Usage Insights. Simply go to https://citrix.cloud.com and logon using your Citrix Partner credentials and you will see the option to Manage License Usage Insights. 

    The tool provides excellent insights and is simple to use. It will also ensure you stay compliant ensuring you aren't over (or under) reporting.

    Use the Citrix Licence Usage Insights service to report usage accurately and to ensure your partner administrative accounts are marked as free users. Your own staff may consume a licence while administering your customer' Citrix services, likewise you may facilitate access to 3rd parties to support, maintain or develop the service or applications installed on the service. These users can also be marked as free user. Please note, the Citrix CSP Program Guide has additional information with regards to acceptable levels of free users. Currently the guide states 3% of all paid users - if required, exceptions can be considered with your distributer).
