Upgrade your customers to the new Azure Plan with rhipe

rhipe has introduced an easy way for partners to transition their existing Azure customer tenants to the new Azure plan at no additional cost to you.

All it takes is a simple ‘click of a button’ in rhipe’s PRISM Portal, for you to move your customers’ Azure subscriptions to the new Azure Plan.

Why upgrade to the new Azure Plan?

Microsoft has recently introduced a new commerce experience for Azure. The new Azure plan delivers a streamlined way to purchase cloud services, provides tools to manage your cloud spend and provides consistency in pricing.

Microsoft will eventually stop supporting the current platform and will default to the new commerce platform instead so it is important that you take the action below.

3 simple steps to transition your customers' subscriptions

1. Navigate to the existing customer management page in PRISM and click on "add New Azure Plan". Applicable for a customer with no existing Azure subscriptions.

2. For existing Azure subscriptions, click "Transition to New Azure Plan". This will transition all Azure subscriptions for the given customer to the New Azure Plan.

3. Click "OK" to confirm the transition.
