Example: 

The full gross margin on a deal is $20,000 in line with our Licensing Solution Provider Partner referral agreement. 50% is split with the partner, giving the partner $10,000. For every $10,000 paid as part of the referral fee, the partner receives an additional $1,000.

How it works:

  1. Register and close your opportunities on this page between 17th November 2020 to 31st  March 2021. 
  2. Partner must have signed a current LSP Partner referral agreement within the last six months. Opportunities must close to be eligible and be new agreements to rhipe.
  3. Annualised Gross Margin (GM) must be a minimum of $20,000 
  4. Transact a minimum run rate of AUD $16,500 per month for the three-month period, or sign equivalent $20,000 annualised GM deal.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. Applies to net new subscriptions for net new tenants, net new subscriptions for existing tenants with no other subscription or net new Azure subscriptions provisioned and invoiced between the 17th of November to 31st of March 2021. Any licenses and subscriptions provisioned after 31st of March 2021 will not be eligible for this promotion.    
    2. Applies to Enterprise Agreements and Enterprise Subscription agreement in the first year only (Net new or renewal- mid-term agreements do not apply) 
    3. Azure Reservation, Software Subscriptions, zero margin SKUs and Non-Profit SKUs are not eligible for this promotion.  
    4. Agreement and all contracts must be signed directly by the End-Customer to be eligible  
    5. Deals must be registered with and approved by rhipe, prior to provisioning of licenses.   
    6. End-customer must apply for a direct account with rhipe or Microsoft and must be approved by rhipe or Microsoft  
    7. End-customer must pay all invoices either to rhipe or Microsoft before Partner is eligible for cashback offer 
    8. Partner must be in good financial standing (ie. No invoices thirty (30) days past the due date) to receive cashback and must be an active customer of rhipe’s to be eligible to receive the cashback.  
    9. Payments as stated in clause 11 will only be paid 45 days after rhipe has received payment by Microsoft or End-Customer.
    10. Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of MDF (marketing and sales development funds). Once approved and notified by rhipe to claim cashback, partner will be required to invoice rhipe with the allocated amount, unique purchase order and reference details, 30 days from notification. Any invoices not received within 30 days will be at risk of forfeiture.
    11. All monetary references are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Any partners transacting in countries other than Australia must meet the minimum AUD amounts converted into their local currency.  
    12. Available to Australia only. 
    13. Opportunities must be deal registered to be eligible. 
    14. rhipe may at any time, at its absolute and sole discretion, vary, suspend, cancel, or terminate this promotion or any term or condition, at any time. rhipe reserves the right to disqualify or ban, in its absolute discretion, without notice to the partner, if it suspects that the partner has engaged in improper or unlawful conduct, has breached any laws or has otherwise failed to comply with rhipe’s Terms and Conditions.  
    15. rhipe reserves the right at any time to adjust the payment to a partner, if rhipe identifies any discrepancy, error or omission.
