By popular demand, the rhipe Certs4Xperts program is back!

Starting July 15, 2022, Certs4Xperts is a proven way to take your in-house Microsoft skills certifications from Fundamentals to Intermediate, Advanced and Technical – for free. That’s $0, nothing, nada.

Choose your certification path to complement technical roles and requirements. Take the courses, sit the exams, and earn globally recognised industry certifications – courtesy of rhipe.

The participating Partners who successfully pass eligible Microsoft certification exams within the program period will have their full exam fee reimbursed.

    All certifications and subsequent exams listed on the Microsoft Certifications sites for AUS or NZ are entitled to reimbursement of exam cost on the successful completion of the certification exam no later than January 31 , 2022.

    How does it work?

    For the successful reimbursement of the exam cost, please ensure:

    • Partner must submit the claim via email at -  [email protected].
    • Partner must submit the following document proofs via email at [email protected] :
      • Tax Invoice confirming exam date booked between July 15, 2022 – December 31, 2022
      • A copy of Microsoft certification issued on passing the exam booked between July 15, 2022 – December 31, 2022
      • A tax invoice from the Partner to rhipe with the claim amount against issued PO number
      • Any proof falling outside the program date will be considered null and void
    • Only two reimbursements is applicable per individual.
    • Please note that instances such as multiple exams or practical/mock tests will not be considered eligible for reimbursement.

    *Terms and Conditions

    rhipe Microsoft CSP Partners may be eligible to receive a reimbursement by signing up and completing Microsoft Certifications (“Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    1. The Promotion commences on 15 July 2022 and is valid until 31 December 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners in Australia and New Zealand must sign up for Microsoft Certifications and then book, complete and pass their Microsoft Certification exams (“Eligible Partners”) within the Promotion Period.
    3. Eligible Partners must provide a completion certificate after successfully completing the certification exam (“Certificate of Completion”) by 31 December 2022, and then submit a booking receipt, invoice and Certification of Completion by 15 January 2023, in order to receive their reimbursement (“Proof of Execution”).
    4. The Promotion applies only to rhipe Microsoft CSP Partners in Australia and New Zealand.
    5. The Promotion is capped at 100 certifications and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    6. Eligible Partners may be reimbursed for a maximum two (2) Certificate of Completion submissions and a maximum of $350 per reimbursement.
    7. Eligible Partners who do not submit sufficient Proof of Execution or submit their Proof of Execution after 15 January 2023 will be ineligible for reimbursement.
    8. Eligible Partners will receive reimbursement in the form of credit notes to their Partner accounts within 45 days of submitting Proof of Execution, subject to payment of all rhipe invoices before Proof of Execution is submitted.
    9. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD) for Australian Partners and New Zealand Dollar (NZD) for New Zealand Partners.
    10. Eligible Partners must sign up using the relevant form provided by rhipe for this Promotion.
    11. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
    12. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
    13. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
    14. Partners must not:
      • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      • do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
      • breach any laws; or
      • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    15. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
    16. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal informationto third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.
    17. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
