    Terms and Conditions

    rhipe Partners may be eligible to receive a cashback credit (“Promotion”) subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.  

    1. The Promotion commences on 1 September 2022 and is valid until 31 December 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be a rhipe Partner in Australia or New Zealand (“Eligible Partners”) and subscribe to a Microsoft CSP & Dynamics 365 user-based licence under the Microsoft New Commerce Experience (“NCE”) within the Promotion Period.
    3. The Promotion applies to O365 E5, M365 Business Premium, M365 E3, M365 E5, D365 Commerce, D365 Operations, D365 Finance, D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, D365 Field Service and D365 Business Central. (“Eligible Products”).

    Microsoft CSP

    1. Eligible Partners who upgrade or net new seats for Eligible Products will receive 7.5% cashback on:
      • an annual billing subscription for their entire subscription; or
      • a monthly billing subscription for the Promotion Period only.
    2. Eligible Partners must purchase a minimum five (5) seats of Eligible Products to receive their cashback.
    3.  The promotion does not apply to Education and Non-Profit products.

    CSP Azure

    1. Eligible Partners will receive 5% cashback on new Azure subscriptions with a monthly spending of less than $50 per month in the previous six (6) months.
    2. Eligible Partners must purchase a minimum $500 subscription in order to eligible for cashback.

    Cashback for Top 3 Partners

    1. The top three Eligible Partners with the highest cashback from the promotion will receive additional cashback in the amount of $3000 for the highest cashback, $2000 for second highest cashback, and $1000 for the third highest cashback.
    2. Eligible Partners must sign up using the relevant form provided by rhipe for this Promotion before activating licenses.
    3. Eligible Partners will need to send all invoices containing amount, unique purchase order and reference details within 30 days of approval and notification by rhipe.
    4. Eligible Partners will receive cashback as a credit note within sixty (60) days of their registration submission.
    5. Cashback earnings are capped at $10,000.00 per Partner.
    6. Eligible Partners must be in good financial standing.
    7. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD) .
    8. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
    9. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.  
    10. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.  
    11. Each Partner must comply with terms and conditions. 
    12. Partners must not:  
      1. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.  
      2. do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates.  
      3. breach any laws; or  
      4. behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.  
    13. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its  respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner. 
    14. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/. 
    rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly,  software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion
