How it works:

      Terms and Conditions for rhipe Rewards Incentive Offer 1
      1. Partners must sign up by submitting their details on the rhipe Rewards incentive page.
      2. Deals must be for net new Microsoft CSP subscriptions – Microsoft 365 and Azure products, between 1st of April 2021to 30th of June 2021.
      3. Minimum of 2 new tenants to qualify for rhipe Rewards with 5 net new licenses per tenant.
      4. Excludes Microsoft F1 & F3 as well as NFP (Not for Profit) & Academic, add-on SKU’s, and Reserved Instance.
      5. rhipe Rewards capped at $3,000 per partner.
      6. Available to Australia only.
      7. All monetary references are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Any partners transacting in countries other than Australia must meet the minimum AUD amounts converted into their local currency
      8. rhipe Rewards are paid after 45 days of the campaign’s last date through credit note applied to your invoice. Provided subscriptions have not been removed or cancelled.
      9. Partner must be in good financial standing (i.e. No invoices thirty (30) days past the due date) to receive rhipe Rewards cashback amount and must be an active customer of rhipe’s to be eligible to receive the cashback.
      10. Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, other than rhipe Rewards Incentive Offer 2.
      11. rhipe may at any time, its absolute and sole discretion may vary suspend, cancel, or terminate this promotion or any term or condition at any time.
      12. rhipe reserves the right to disqualify or ban in its absolute discretion without notice to the partner, if it suspects that the partner has engaged in improper or unlawful conduct, has breached any laws, or has otherwise failed to comply with rhipe’s Terms and Conditions.
      13. rhipe reserves the right at any time to adjust the payment to a partner if rhipe identifies any discrepancy, error, or omission.
