    Terms and Conditions:

    rhipe or emt Partners may be eligible to receive access to use the Office 365 Monitoring licence and VAPT essential scans (“Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    1. The Promotion and Competition commences on 1 October 2021 and is valid until 30 June 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must:
      • be an existing rhipe or emt Partner;
      • sign up to become a bluedog partner in PRISM
      • complete a 1-on-1 session with a rhipe security specialist; and
      • complete  a 45 minute training and certification session for Office 365 Monitoring (“Eligible Partners”).  
    1. Eligible Partners will be granted a not for resale (NFR) licence strictly for internal use for a period of up to ninety (90) days unless terminated earlier at its sole discretion or extended by rhipe subject to clause 4 below.
    2. The NFR licence may be extended up to a total period of 12 months if Eligible Partners resell the Office 365 Monitoring licences to end users within the ninety (90) day period.
    3. Eligible Partners may also receive up to three (3) vulnerability scans via Bluedog VAPT Essentials. Vulnerability scans are limited to one (1) scan per month per Eligible Partner or no more than (3) scans in three (3) months.
    4. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
    5. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
    6. Partners must not:
      1. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      2. do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
      3. breach any laws; or
      4. behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    7. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
    8. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal informationto third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.
    9. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
