Assisting with the upfront on-boarding costs helps to reduce the barrier of moving forward on an Azure journey.

    AZURE ONBOARDING FUNDING SUPPORT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    rhipe CSP Partners may be eligible for an Azure Onboarding Funding Support offer (“Promotion”) subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.  

    1. The Promotion commences on 1 July 2022 and is valid until 13 December 2022, or until all available funds for this offer have been allocated (“Promotion Period”).
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing rhipe Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (“CSP”) Partner transacting Azure in Australia & New Zealand (“Eligible Partners”). 
    3. Eligible Partners must complete an Azure Onboarding Funding Support Request Form and be approved by rhipe to secure funding before 13 December 2022 or the end of the promotion period.
    4. Azure Onboarding Funding Support is available only for net new Azure customers transacting via the Microsoft CSP program with rhipe who have a minimum of $3k Azure Consumption Revenue (“ACR”) per month (“Eligible Customers”).
    5. Azure Onboarding Funding Support is subject to a consultation with rhipe.
    6. The monetary value of any ACR for Eligible Customers is at the absolute discretion of rhipe.
    7. All Azure subscriptions and onboarding must be activated and completed within the financial quarter of the onboarding funding request.
    8. The value of the Azure Onboarding Funding Support will be determined following the first two consecutive applicable Azure subscription invoice periods.
    9. The monetary value of any onboarding funding support is at the absolute discretion of rhipe and is capped to a maximum of AUD 50,000 per annum per partner.
    10. Azure Onboarding Funding Support funds will be credited only after the Eligible Customer goes “live” in Azure and the subscription remains active for at least 1 month. The Partner is not entitled to any compensation or monetary amount if the Eligible Customer does not go “live”.    
    11. Partners transacting in countries other than Australia must meet the minimum AUD amounts of $3K ACR per month converted into their local currency.
    12. Payment will be via credit note applied to your invoice, provided subscriptions have not been removed or cancelled.
    13. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
    14. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
    15. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.  
    16. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.  
    17. Each Partner must comply with terms and conditions. 
    18. Partners must not:  
      1. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;  
      2. do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;  
      3. breach any laws; or  
      4. behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.  
    19. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its  respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner. 
    20. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/. 
    21. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly,  software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
