About the Promotion

Purchase net new Microsoft CSP NCE annual commit subscriptions of eligible Microsoft 365 Licenses and eligible  Dynamics 365 Licenses, and receive a per seat rebate.

The customer must be purchasing the eligible product for the first time in order partner to qualify for the incentives.

For example:
An existing Microsoft 365 Business Premium customer would not be eligible for the incentives when they add a new Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription. They would be eligible if they are adding a new Microsoft 365 E5 subscription for the first time in rhipe PRISM portal.

How does it work? 

  • Add net new NCE annual commit subscriptions of eligible Microsoft 365 Licenses and eligible Dynamics 365 Licenses.

    • Eligible partners must have a minimum of 5 seats per net new NCE annual commit subscriptions per customer. 
    • Eligible partners can claim as many customers as they like. 
    • Rebate is paid in AUD and is for the first month only.

    Summary of promotion: Earn cashback when you uplift your Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 Licenses to eligible SKU’s. (“Promotion”).  

    The Promotion commences on 1 March 2023 and is valid until 30 June 2023 (“Promotion Period”). 

    To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing rhipe partner in Australia (Eligible Partners).  

    1. Eligible Partners who add net new Microsoft CSP NCE annual commit subscription of Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5 or Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials, Dynamics 365 Commerce, Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition, Dynamics 365 Sales Premium, Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Professional and Dynamics 365 Sales Professional  to their customers, who are purchasing the product for the first time (“Eligible Purchase”), may receive a per seat rebate for the first month of their customer subscription ("Incentive") subject to these terms and conditions for eligible net new subscription.
    2. The incentive rebate is paid per customer tenant and can be claimed for as many eligible customers ("Incentive") subject to the following minimum and maximum seats per customer across all Eligible Partner’s customers:

    3. The rebate is paid for the first month only 
    4. This Promotion is capped at 10,000 seats in total across the entire Promotion Period and will be paid on a first come first serve basis. Eligible Partners will be notified when this cap is reached.  
    5. Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period. 
    6. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD). 
    7. Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of a credit note.  All eligible participants will receive their account credit notes within 60 days from the end of the promotion period. 
    8. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.  
    9. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time. 
    10. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with. 
    11. Partners must not: 
      • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion; 
      • do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates; 
      • breach any laws; or 
      • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate. 
    12. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner. 
    13. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal informationto third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/. 
    14. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly,  software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
