    Terms and Conditions:


    rhipe SPLA & CSP Partners may be eligible for a funded Azure Consumption offer of up to two (2) months free of AVD and Nerdio (“Promotion”) subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    1. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing rhipe SPLA partner or CSP Partner transacting Azure in  Australia (“Eligible Partners”).
    2. The Promotion can only be used to migrate net new Microsoft SPLA (Service Provider License Agreement) workloads into Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop environments and must go live and is subject to a consultation with rhipe (“Eligible Workloads”).
    3. The duration and monetary value of any incentive is at the absolute discretion of rhipe and is subject to Azure environments going live.
    4. Eligible Partners must complete a deal registration Form and be approved by rhipe to secure the funding.
    5. Duration of the incentive is 60 days starting from the first day of consumption of Eligible workloads in Microsoft Azure.
    6. Any incentive will be credited only after the Eligible Workload goes “live” in Azure. The Partner is not eligible to receive the incentive if the workload does not go “live”.
    7. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
    8. Eligible partners must supply rhipe with a copy of the statement/Scope of work (“SOW”) that was completed to migrate the eligible workload into Azure.
      • SOW must be submitted to rhipe (via your account manager and rhipe Cloud Specialist) as soon as is possible but by COB (AEDT) 8th December 2023.
      • SOW must include key tasks performed and the estimated incentive discussed with rhipe.
      • SOW should detail key tasks completed in the migration process and must indicate 8th December 2023 as the planned or actual completion date.
      • SOW cannot include any reference to dates of work completion that extend beyond 8th December 2023.
    9. Eligible Partners with Eligible Workloads will have access to two (2) free Go-Live Engineer (“GLE”) engagements from Nerdio for Azure Virtual Desktop deployments.
    10. Partner Engagements for GLE will occur between the hours of 8:00a CT to 5:00p CT (US Time).
    11. A GLE SOW must be signed which outlines expectations and defines the Go Live Date.
    12. rhipe, at its discretion may choose to vary the terms of the Promotion or suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time.
    13. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
    14. Each Partner must comply with terms and conditions.
    15. Partners must not:
      • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      • do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
      • breach any laws; or
      • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    16. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
    17. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.
    18. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

    Nerdio Terms and & Conditions:

    • Two Go Live Engineer Engagements (GLE) included for free.
    • When using a Go Live Engineer, a GLE SOW must be signed which outlines expectations and defines the Go Live date.
    • GLE kick-off calls are expected to be scheduled 60 days or less before the Go Live date.
    • Partner engagements for GLE will occur between the hours of 8:00am CT to 5:00pm CT (US Time).
    • *Nerdio Manager for MSP runs as an application in your Azure Environment, the costs to run this resource are not included in the promotion.
    • Nerdio account must be provisioned in Nerdio Manager for MSP before 8th December 2023 to be eligible for the promotion.
