     If you migrate to Microsoft 365, the first 2,000 seats migrated may receive benefits (“Promotion”) subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    1. The Promotion commences on 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing rhipe Partner (“Eligible Partners”) and migrate to Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Business Premium SKUs (or above) (“Eligible Purchase”) prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
    3. The Eligible Purchase may include the following benefits:
      • Microsoft 365 Business Standard
        • Receive one (1) month free of AvePoint* FLY migration for each seat migrated subject to limited availability, only applies to the first 2,000 seats migrated across the Promotion. No minimum seat required. Rebate for one month of AvePoint FLY Migration will be calculated and provided month after the Migration.
      • Microsoft 365 Business Premium
        • Receive a rebate of $5 per seat for the first month only subject to three (3) months usage. Minimum of 20 seats required, only applies to the first 2,000 seats migrated across the Promotion. Rebate will be calculated after completing first three months of usage. (collectively “Promotion Benefits”).

    * Partners must sign up and complete AvePoint onboarding.

    1. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
    2. Eligible Partners must sign up using the relevant form provided by rhipe for this Promotion.
    3. Partners must have meetings with Business Continuity specialist and their Account Manager regarding the migration plan.
    4. Partner acknowledges that the Promotion may be subject to limited availability.
    5. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
    6. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
    7. Each Partner must comply with terms and conditions.
    8. Partners must not:
      1. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      2. do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
      3. breach any laws; or
      4. behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    9. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
    10. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.
    11. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
