How much can I earn?

This is a tiered rewards program, with earnings* ranging from AUD $10 - 20,000+. The more you sell, the more you earn!

Based on the type of licenses sold, your sales staff can earn 5%, while your business can earn 10%. These percentages are based on the cost of licenses.

How do I get started?

  1. Register your details on this page to be eligible
  2. Sign up to SigniFlow on PRISM
  3. Start purchasing eligible licenses
  4. Submit invoice number from PRISM & sales person details to SigniFlow within 30 days of sale
  5. Earnings will be loaded onto a prepaid Visa Card and distributed at the end of each month.

    Terms & Conditions: 

    SigniFlow Partners and their sales staff may be eligible to receive up to 10% cashback on sales of SigniFlow licenses for a 12-month term (“Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    1. The Promotion commences on 1st February 2023 until 30th June 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be authorised SigniFlow partners via rhipe. (“Eligible Partners”) including sales representatives employed by Eligible Partners (“Eligible Sales Representatives”).
    3. The Promotion applies only to sales of “Cloud – Per Document”, “Cloud – Per User/Seat”, and “SigniFlow Hosted - Private", and "SigniFlow OnPremise - Self Hosted" business licenses and subscription cloud packages for a minimum 12-month subscription period (“Eligible License”) to end user customers who have not previously purchased Signiflow products or services (“Eligible Customers”).
    4. Eligible License costs must be paid by Eligible Customers annual in advance.
    5. Subject to clause 4 of these terms and conditions, Eligible Sales Representatives who sell Eligible Licenses to Eligible Customers within the Promotion Period will receive an incentive equivalent to 5% of the SigniFlow license cost price sold.
    6. Subject to clause 4 of these terms and conditions, Eligible SigniFlow Partners who sell Eligible Licenses to Eligible Customers within the Promotion Period will receive an incentive equivalent to 10% of the SigniFlow license cost price sold. One incentive per sale.
    7. Any Eligible Licences cancelled or terminated by Eligible Customers or Signiflow within the first six (6) months of the initial service term will be required to repay the incentive paid associated with the Eligible Licence.
    8. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
    9. Eligible Partners will receive a digital Mastercard gift card(s) for incentives equal to less than $500 and an electronic transfer for incentive amounts greater than $501 at the end of each month during the Promotion Period subject to receiving invoice details per clause 12.
    10. Eligible Partners in countries where Mastercard is not accepted will receive rewards according to alternative offers from SigniFlow.
    11. Eligible Licenses must be purchased by signing up to SigniFlow on PRISM.
    12. Invoice numbers from SigniFlow on PRISM sales must be submitted within 30 days from the sale date.
    13. All Eligible Licences must be procured through rhipe under a standard service agreement for a minimum 12-month period prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
    14. Incentive rewards from sales that are terminated or otherwise cancelled for any reason prior to installation or within the first six months of the initial service term will be ineligible and must be returned to SigniFlow.
    15. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
    16. Eligible Partners must sign up using the relevant form provided by rhipe for this Promotion.
    17. Rhipe or Signiflow reserve the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
    18. SigniFlow Standard Terms of Service and End User License Agreement continue to apply -
    19. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
    20. Partners must not:
      a) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      b) do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
      c) breach any laws; or
      d) behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    21. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
    22. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal informationto third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at  .
    23. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
