1. Offer commences on 12 August 2021 and is valid until 15 October 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
2. This Promotion applies to any rhipe Partner new to SkyKick Platform Plan (can be a new or existing SkyKick Partner (“Partners”).
3. To qualify for the Promotion, the Partners must:

have a Microsoft Partner Network ID;

attend the rhipe event called the “Productivity and Backup Week,” or watch it on-demand. Partners must register to watch the event, or access the link to the event in the email sent;

book a meeting with rhipe and SkyKick before 10 September 2021. This meeting can be booked via the form found in the original email;

create a SkyKick account and sign a SkyKick Cloud Manager Platform Plan with an annual commitment before the 15 October 2021 at https://register.skykick.com/.
4. Partners who qualify for the Promotion will also receive two (2) hours of free technical onboarding with a SkyKick expert to assist in getting started with their Cloud Manager configuration.
5. The Partner will not be billed the Cloud Manager subscription fee for the first 3 months of the 15-month term. Billing of the subscription will commence in the fourth month (for the paid annual subscription) and persist through the end of the contract.
6. Each Partner acknowledge and agree that all invoicing for Partners who licence SkyKick products is managed through SkyKick. As such rhipe provide updates to Skykick on the eligible Partners who have qualified for the Promotion, and the prices will be adjusted accordingly, by SkyKick.
7. The Promotion is subject to availability. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
8. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
9. Each Partner must comply with terms and conditions.
10. Partners must not:
a. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
b. do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
c. breach any laws; or
d. behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.

rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information

requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.
11. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
