    2. The required 50 seats can be across multiple tenants
    3. 30 days FREE support with a commitment to a 12-month contract.
    4. 30 days FREE support per the offer is applicable to the first 100 seats* only
      • For Example: If you sign up for Support-aaS for 150 seats
    5. No charge for 100 seats for the first 30 days
    6. Seats in addition to initial 100 seats [50 in this example] will be billed from day one (invoiced monthly/post-paid)
    7. 30 days FREE support pertains to the start of the service agreement with the partner, not each specific tenant.
    8. Post 12 months – 30 days’ notice required to cancel support service
    9. Offer ends on 30 November 2022
