The suite of Microapps are designed to seamlessly integrate with your customer’s existing Microsoft 365 environment, to help rapidly increase their efficiency and productivity.

Created specifically for you, Swoosh Marketplace is available exclusively for partners, no direct customers.

Configuration and deployment of the Swoosh apps allows you to generate valuable additional new services revenue installing and configuring Microapps.

Licensing

The Swoosh platform provides a number of functions to automate, manage and consolidate key information so you can focus on building your business. This includes:

  • Automated communications to your sales team and your customers in the lead-up to software renewals
  • Application management for apps deployed through the Swoosh platform, including activation, renewal and the ability to disable applications when required
  • Management of licensing for non-Swoosh managed applications through manual licensing, taking advantage of the Swoosh licensing and communications engine.

    SWOOSH ANNUAL LICENCE DISCOUNT PROMOTION

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Swoosh Partners may be eligible to receive up to 30% discount for Swoosh annual license activations (“Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    1. The Promotion commences on 1 August 2022 and is valid until 31 October 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
    2. To qualify for the Promotion, Swoosh Partners must purchase an annual license subscription for their customers and activate an application within their customers Swoosh subscription.
    3. The Promotion applies only to the activation of the first annual Swoosh license for that customer (“Eligible License”) and any applications purchased during that time.
    4. Eligible Licenses must be activated before 12:00AM on 31 October 2022 or trial license converted to paid billing before 12:00AM on 30 November 2022
    5. Eligible Partners will receive their commission as a 30% discount on their invoice.
    6. The discount value will be calculated according to the amount of a customer’s annual license subscription fee.
    7. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
    8. Rhipe and Swoosh reserve the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
    9. Each Partner must comply with terms and conditions.
    10. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
    11. Partners must not:
      (a) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      (b) do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
      (c) breach any laws; or
      (d) behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    12. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
    13. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal informationto third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.
    14. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
