    Who's Eligible?

    • Existing Australian Partners looking to upgrade their Microsoft 365 licenses to Business Premium, or add-on Microsoft Defender for Business.

    How does it work? 

    • Sign up to the incentive program.
    • Optional: Have a meeting with one of our Microsoft Security experts
    • Place your order/s in PRISM
      • Add-on Microsoft Defender for Business and receive $3 AUD per seat as a rebate
        • (minimum of 5 seats per customer, maximum of 100 seats per customer, unlimited number of customers) 
      • Upgrade your Business Basic or Business Standard licences to Business Premium and receive $5 AUD per seat as a rebate
        • (minimum of 5 seats per customer, maximum of 100 seats per customer, unlimited number of customers)
    • Rebates are paid in AUD and are for the first month only. You will recieve your rebate in the form of a credit note within 60 days from the end of the promotional period.

    Terms and Conditions: 

    The Promotion commences on 1 July 2023 and is valid until 8 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

    1. To qualify for the Promotion, Partners must be an existing rhipe partner in Australia (“Eligible Partners”).
    2. Eligible Partners who add on Microsoft Defender for Business to their current Microsoft 365 Business Basic or Microsoft 365 Business Standard Licence or upgrade their current licence to Microsoft 365 Business Premium. (“Eligible Purchase”) may receive a per seat rebate for the first month of their customer subscription ("Incentive") subject to the following:
      • $3 per seat rebate for partners who add on Microsoft Defender for Business
      • $5 per seat rebate for partners who upgrade their existing licenses to Microsoft 365 Business Premium
      • Eligible purchase excludes NFP and Academic Licenses
      • Eligible Partners must have a minimum of 5 seats per customer
      • Eligible Partners can claim for as many customers subject to these terms and conditions.
      • The rebates are applicable to the first month only and to the maximum value of 100 seats per customer.
    3. This Promotion is capped at 2,500 seats in total across the entire Promotion Period and will be paid on a first come first serve basis. Eligible Partners will be notified when this cap is reached.
    4. Eligible Purchases must be made prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
    5. All monetary values are in Australian Dollar (AUD).
    6. Cashback will be received by the Partner in the form of a credit note. All eligible participants will receive their account credit notes within 60 days from the end of the promotion period.
    7. rhipe reserves the right to suspend, cancel, change, vary, update or modify the Promotion or terms of the Promotion at any time.
    8. Partner acknowledges and agrees that in participating in this Promotion, it and its end users may be subject to any third-party vendor supplier terms and conditions that must be complied with.
    9. Partners must not:
      • engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
      • do anything to diminish the reputation of rhipe or its Affiliates;
      • breach any laws; or
      • behave in any way that is otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate.
    10. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, rhipe or any of its respective officers, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the rhipe’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a Partner.
    11. rhipe may collect your personal information including but not limited to full name, email, address, in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required or applicable, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested. rhipe will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.rhipe.com/about/privacy-policy/.
    12. rhipe may, at any time, request from Partner, any proof or evidence of performance or compliance with these terms and conditions. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the rhipe’s control, due directly or indirectly, software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, act of God, wars, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, riot, explosion, terrorism, acts of government, military, civil or regulatory authority, delays or defaults of manufacturers or suppliers, change in any law or regulation, disruption or interruption to the supply of communications, internet, power or other utility or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, rhipe may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
    13. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Microsoft offer from rhipe, a Crayon Company.
