    Eric Yun is a promoter/evangelist of Azure Cloud Computing as a Presales Cloud Solutions Architect.
    Helping on Designing, building, and optimizing Microsoft solutions based around Azure is one of his main responsibilities with the team at rhipe/crayon.
    His passion is advising customers on how rhipe/crayon's partner/customer can maximise their Azure investment with the right solutioning in a cost effectively.


    James is a Partner CTO and Technology Strategist. James works with Partners to help them strategically leverage the breadth and depth of the Microsoft portfolio for their clients. James has experience working in advisory firms, higher education and has run his own MSP. James has a diverse background, having trained in Neuroscience and worked as a chef in the past.     Mark O’Shea has been awarded Microsoft MVP status 12 times, with his focus being managing and securing devices with Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies. Mark previously worked at Microsoft across various partner and customer segments over a twenty-year period.

    John has been working for 20+ years as a Business Development Manager, Channel BDM, National Practice Manager & State Manager focused on selling, marketing & managing teams across business software solutions to help clients achieve more and realise their business goals.
    His in-depth knowledge extends across ERP solutions incorporating Financials, Distribution, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Portals, Point-Of-Sale (Retail), CRM, Workflows, BI Reporting and Expense Management.

    His experience extends across Sage, Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, AX & 365 along with WMS solutions, Microsoft CRM, Oracle and various industry specific solutions.

    John is passionate about helping businesses find solutions to support their growth, expansion, goals along with improving their business processes.
    With over 26 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, Tim is a highly skilled and passionate Business Applications Architect who designs and delivers superior business solutions using integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies and other Microsoft technologies. He works as a trusted advisor and a technical leader for partners and customers, helping them achieve their business goals and optimise their user experience.

    He has in-depth technical and product knowledge of Microsoft ERP and CRM technologies such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations and Field Service. He also has expertise in the Power Platform, Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint. By providing technical support, he helps partners to secure new opportunities, provide technical training and solve complex problems.
    Tovia Va’aelua entered the Information and [Communications] Technology Industry in 1998 as his first job graduating from University. Working with large corporations in the Tech Industry, Tovia has spent the majority of his Tech experience working with Microsoft both here in NZ and 9 years in the Philippines. It was here that he discovered his passion for working with under-served communities and using technology as a vehicle to solving some complex problems.

    Returning to New Zealand at the end of 2018, Tovia joined rhipe as the New Zealand Country Manager, being promoted shortly after to the Sales General Manager for Australasia with his most recent role as the General Manager for the Technology Advisory Group. All of these roles focused on helping Partners to build profitability and sustainability into their businesses.

    Over and above the new career, Tovia continued his passion of “giving back” by becoming the Chair of Pasifika in I.T. which is a Non-Profit organization that encourages South Pacific minority groups to join the tech industry and add more diversity to the talent pool. This has created more opportunity to take on other Social Good initiatives to help not only the local community but also the local and global markets as a whole.

    All this has played a critical part in Tovia heading into this new and exciting chapter as he sets his sights on leading the way for Crayon’s Environmental, Social and Governance practices locally in Asia Pacific.
